What data I collect and why
Your contact information
When you purchase from me, I will ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details in order to, for example:
- Send you information about your order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with any legal obligations I have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve the online store experience
Your visit details
While you visit my site, I’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: to show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: to estimate taxes and shipping where necessary
- Shipping address: to send you the order
Cookies
Cookies will keep track of cart contents while you are on my site.
You may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment or purchase a product. These cookies will last for one year.
Reviews
When purchasers leave reviews on the product page the data shown in the comments form is collected, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Where necessary, I share required information you provide with Payment third parties I have selected in order to provide my product to you:

I accept payments through PayPal and Square. If you have selected one of these payment options, some of your data will be passed to PayPal or Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Reviews may be checked through an automated spam detection service when activated.
How long I retain your data
I will store information about you for as long as I need the information for the purposes for which it is collected and used, and not legally required to continue to keep it. I will store order information for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
I will also retain reviews, if you choose to leave them, and their metadata indefinitely. This is so follow-up comments can be recognized and approved automatically instead of being held in a moderation queue when it is activated.
Who on my team has access
When I request, my trusted online Administrator and Shop Manager can access the information you provide me to help fulfil orders and support the store:
- Order information (what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent), and
- Customer information (your name, email address, and billing and shipping information).
What rights you have over your data
If you have left a review, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data held about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that any personal data I hold about you is erased. This does not include any data I must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your data is protected by the SSL Certificate on my Managed WordPress account hosted by GoDaddy.
